P2P models are updated quarterly to: i.) reflect the latest actual data and ii.) incorporate Supported Commander initiatives and process reforms to improve performance as well as quantify the performance improvement from these initiatives.  

The refinement of driver trees and data dictionaries occurs through the ongoing sustainment of cadenced syncs and quarterly forums, as well as the ongoing process and analytics work that supports these activities.
