The P2P Forum, held quarterly and attended by senior Navy leaders, is an ongoing opportunity to engage participants in a two-way dialogue on current results, future performance forecasts, and areas that require barrier removal action.  Through a strong focus on data and analytics, these Forums accelerate learning across the Navy and identify transformational improvement opportunities.  Key P2P Forum activities include:

• The Supported Commander presents a forward-looking, data-driven performance forecast in a templated brief, with a focus on “embracing the red” (that is, transparent and open focus on problem areas)

• The Supported Commander escalates barriers that hinder performance but are outside their control

• Forum participants encourage active dialogue to address barriers and assign actions to appropriate process owners
