The P2P AO should conduct a regular cadence of syncs – generally every 1-2 weeks – that coordinate incremental progress toward the next P2P Forum and identify challenges that require barrier removal.  These syncs would include relevant P2P SMEs, analytical resources, and PSO P2P specialists as needed.


As each P2P Forum approaches, these syncs will focus on populating the briefing template, focusing on new P2P insights and actions that should leverage high-impact opportunities.
